Operational Guidelines

Response Times: We review incoming emails once a day. Typical response times for legitimate, non-commercial inquiries are 24-48 hours.
No Financial/Technical Support for official Apps: If you are experiencing app errors, transaction delays, or issues inside Cake Wallet or Cake Pay, please contact the official Cake Wallet support channels via their official mobile app live chat. We do not have access to official customer accounts.
No PII Collection: Do not send us your phone number, real-life home address, or any private keys. We will immediately delete any emails containing such details for your safety.

Never Send Seed Phrases!

Under no circumstances will anyone from Monero Beginner Academy ask for your 25-word seed phrase, private keys, or passwords. If you receive an email or message claiming to be Nora Hayes asking for keys, it is a phishing attempt. Ignore it immediately.

Correction Requests

If you have spotted a typo, an outdated block height, or an error in a glossary definition, please include "CORRECTION" in your email subject line. We treat accuracy with the highest priority and will review and log corrections in our policy index.
